If i want to apply for tatkal passport, then can i authorize some one close relative to submit all the documents on behalf of me?If I am out of station that days.
sir i have applied for the passport on 10th of June 2008 and it was showing on the internet that your passport will be sent to you in weeks time.but from last one month it was showing that Due to unavoidable circumstances your passport will be sent in weeks time from 28th October, my serial no is A021254. please have a look on my application. i urgently need passport. my police verification is also clear. then what is the reason for this delay.

Respected Sir,
This to inform you, with extreme disgust and an awful experience with your authorities that your organization is extremely corrupted and unorganized.
They ask for bribes to forward our passport application. A passport should legally be taking 3 to 6 months, where as it takes 2 to 3 years. Half the times they have the guts to say that they lost the file and nothing can be done. I tell them that i will complain and they make fun of me and my parents. The police people abuse and misbehave for not doing their own duty. If, this is what our government officials do then we don't need security from the terrorists. Bhubaneswar is in anyway, the most backward place in this country and i guess also in the world but to be very honest after all the torture my parents have gone through i would suggest nobody to settle here. A simple thing as passport is made so difficult and all illegal work is done very smoothly. I have eye witnesses and proof's, if this is not stopped i am going to complain to the highest official i can. I am journalist, and i will fight, Wait till it comes on the television.
